This c.1827 historic home and mill is near the Mitchell River in Dobson, North Carolina. Surrounded by mature forests and the rolling hills of Surry County, Kapps Mill Estate is the perfect destination to rest and relax while enjoying the many outdoor activites, wineries and antique stores scattered throughout the Yadkin Valley.

There are 2 dining areas, 1 full kitchen, and 2 living room areas. Includes a coffee bar and washer/dryer.
Outside you will find a fire pit by the river, a gazebo, & the Kapps Mill with game room.

Customized Events:
Guest maximum: 30 – 35 people. Includes set up/cleanup, exclusive use of property, trash hauling and cleaning fee.
Taxes not included.
Note that all events are customized, so pricing varies. Lodging for events is available for an extra fee.
